What is Your Returns Policy?

Purchases from metalifeshop.com

Try any product at metalifeshop.com worry-free for up to 60 days.

If you are not satisfied with your product, we will accept a return within 60 days of receipt.

For unopened products:

Please email support@metalifeshop.com with your order number, product name and the reason for your return. A return slip will be mailed to you, and a refund will be issued in the original form of payment upon receipt of the returned product.

For opened/tried products:

Please email support@metalifeshop.com with your order number, product name, and the reason for your dissatisfaction. You will be issued an e-gift card to metalifeshop.com within 7-10 business days of your return being accepted.

If you have purchased a Metalife product from a retailer, you will need to contact the vendor or retailer that you purchased the product from, as they will have their own return policy.

If you are unable to return your Metalife product to the original retailer, our Customer Experience Team will be happy to help. Email support@metalifeshop.com with your proof of purchase and reason for your dissatisfaction.

All clearance items are final sales. For any other order inquiries please contact support@metalifeshop.com.

Please note: Metalife reserves the right to change or amend this policy. In some instances, certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee, or not be eligible, but please reach out to us first so we can help you resolve any questions or issues you may have.

Do you accept order cancellations?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders after they have been placed.
